These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of EricHost's Website:-

GeneralTerms
  • All prices can be reviewed at erichost.com at any time.
  • Acceptable payment method for services is provided on the official website.
  • All payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service being suspended and, ultimately, terminated. Late payments after 5 days are subject to a late fee.
  • Subscription-based payments can be cancelled at any time but refund/credit back can’t be applicable after 7 days.
  • As a registered customer of EricHost, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offer(s). You may unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any newsletter we’ve sent. For your convenience, all information provided during registration with EricHost is subject to EricHost’s Privacy Policy.
  • If the product has free migration then free migration can be done with the same platform like cPanel to cPanel, Plesk to Plesk. We don’t provide free migration on different panel based service example, Plesk to cPanel.
FundCreditBalance
  • No Refund after fund added to EricHost wallet (Credit Balance).
  • Refund provided into EricHost wallet is non-refundable.
RefundPolicy
  • We provide a 30 Days money back guarantee on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:
  • No refund is applicable if you downgrade your plan after purchase.
  • For plans that include a free domain: if the domain has been claimed, the domain fees are non-refundable even if you cancel the hosting plan.
  • Subscriber agrees to pay all applicable fees for services at the time of sign-up, registration, and/or renewal subject to the below-given terms.
  • Subscriber agrees to keep their billing information, email, and all other contact information up to date.
  • It is the Subscriber's responsibility to verify that the information submitted is accurate to ensure proper billing and continuity of services.
  • No refund is to be processed in case your account is in a suspended state due to non-payment.
  • Also note that no backup of data will be provided in case your account is suspended due to non-payment.
  • The money-back guarantee is applicable to new clients only. New orders from existing clients will not qualify for our money-back guarantee program.
  • You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days specified by your service's money-back guarantee.
  • Fees paid by the Subscriber in connection with the purchase of installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, domain names and licenses are non-refundable.
  • Different services cover different money-back guarantee terms and conditions, check read carefully below mentioned terms to know if you really are eligible for a refund or not:
  • If you have purchased any type of Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting for 1year, 2year or more, then, in that case, you can claim money back within 30 days
  • If you have purchased any type of Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting for Monthly, Quarterly, and half-yearly then, in that case, you can claim money back within 7 days
  • No money-back guarantee for services like installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, domain names and licenses or custom software installs.
  • No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.
  • No refund is applicable on payment made for overdue invoices.
  • No money-back guarantee for old customers. If you are our old customer with at least one running service then, in that case, you will not be eligible for money-back scheme in any case.
  • No refund is applicable for a domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services.
  • No refund will be applicable for a such domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain and is engaged in a business providing similar assets or services.
  • No refund is applicable for domain name associated with hosting service involved into hosting of phishing contents/abuse cases.
  • No refund will be applicable for domain involved into misuse of service/legal cases/fraudulent activities.
  • No refund is applicable if the money-back guarantee period has expired for your service.
  • Only first-time sign-up users are eligible for a refund. For example, if you already had any hosting with us whether active or inactive, you will not be eligible for refund on your new orders.
  • No refund will be applicable for those customers who are found to be hosting illegal contents such as copyrighted content. We do not allow hosting of illegal contents such as mp3 or video or audio files without proper copyrights.
  • No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
TermsConditions_FIRSTMONTHPromoCode
  • The 'FIRSTMONTH' promo code can be used on your first monthly order only.
  • On using 'FIRSTMONTH' promo code customer can use only those domains as Main domain or Addon domains. Which have not been previously used as the main domain and addon domain on EricHost.
DiskSpace
  • Per our policies, at least 90% of your web pages (asp, php, html etc.) must be 'Linked' with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) stored in our server.Web sites containing no HTML documents or having a large number of unlinked files are subject to deletion of files or account cancellation without prior notice.
  • Downloading websites (such as those hosting music, media, MP4, movies, software) and for storing backups of websites is prohibited in Linux shared hosting, Indian Cloud Hosting , Business Hosting , Unlimited Hosting and Linux Reseller hosting plans.
BackupPolicy
  • Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed.
  • EricHost does not warrant that it backs-up any Account or User Content, and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content.
  • Clients who have subscribed for backup service with shared and reseller hosting plans. For such clients, we take daily backup of database with retention period of 4 days. And monthly backup of the website will be taken on 1st ,7th ,14th ,21th and 28th of every month with retention period of 30 days.
  • Clients using cPanel Backup Manager tool for backups should download the backup from the server and delete it. On every Sunday, all the backup files are removed from the server without any notification.
  • You are not allowed to use the hosting space to store backups.
HyperlinkingToOurContent
  • The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval:
  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors when they list us in the directory may link to our Web site in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Web sites of other listed businesses; and
  • Systemwide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.
  • These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Web site information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way misleading; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.
  • We may consider and approve in our sole discretion other link requests from the following types of organizations:

  • internet portals;
